These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of digital products and services offered on the website www.surprising-aviation.com and its subdomains, including store.surprising-aviation.com (the “Website”).

By purchasing any product or service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all sales of:

  • Online coaching services
  • Digital products (ebooks, downloadable materials)
  • Digital courses and video-based content

sold via WooCommerce and/or Lemon Squeezy, acting in some cases as Merchant of Record.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Digital Products

Digital products include ebooks, downloadable resources, and digital courses. Access or download is provided electronically after payment confirmation.

3.2 Coaching Services

Coaching services are provided online by appointment only. Bookings are made through the Amelia scheduling platform, and sessions are conducted via Google Meet or equivalent tools.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase and are expressed in the applicable currency.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal

Depending on the product or service, payments may be processed directly by the Seller or by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record.

The Seller does not store any payment or banking information.

6. Delivery

  • Digital products (ebooks, downloads): available immediately after payment.
  • Digital courses: access granted via Lemon Squeezy or the relevant platform.
  • Coaching services are delivered on the date and at the time selected during booking.
 
 

7. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

7.1 Digital Products and Digital Courses

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has started or access has been granted, provided that the customer has expressly consented to this and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal before purchase.

No refunds will be issued for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

7.2 Coaching Services

Coaching services are provided by appointment only.

  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance.
  • A session may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend (no-show), will not be refunded.

By booking a coaching session, the customer expressly requests the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

8. Liability

The Seller undertakes to provide services with reasonable care and professionalism.

The Seller shall not be held liable for:

  • technical interruptions or temporary unavailability of the Website;
  • misuse of products or services by the customer;
  • results not meeting the customer’s expectations.

The content provided does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Affiliate Links

The Website may contain affiliate links, including links from the Amazon Affiliate Program and Awin.

If a purchase is made through such links, the Seller may receive a commission at no additional cost to the customer.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in their country of residence.
